How do you ensure quality and potency?

We take a structured, professional approach to sourcing and handling:

  • We work with local Canadian manufacturers when possible.
  • Products are produced to specified content and purity expectations.
  • Incoming lots are checked, labeled, and cold-stored immediately.
  • Products are stored under appropriate cold conditions prior to shipment.
  • Vials and cartons are cleanly labeled with product name, content, and lot information.

Our focus is on providing materials that serious researchers can rely on with confidence.

How do you choose your manufacturers?

We work with a small number of Canadian and US manufacturing partners who can meet defined expectations for:

  • content and purity
  • consistency between lots
  • documentation and traceability

We do not buy from anonymous or unverified bulk suppliers.

What do you mean by “research-grade”?

“Research-grade” means the product is:

  • produced to a specific content/strength
  • supplied in a format appropriate for laboratory work (e.g., lyophilized peptide in a vial)
  • labeled and handled with traceability in mind (lot numbers, product codes, etc.)
Do your products contain fillers?

Formulations are designed to avoid unnecessary additives.
We do not add flavourings, colours, or cosmetic ingredients.

What's on the label is what's in the bottle.

Why is cold storage so important?

Many peptides are sensitive to temperature, light, and moisture.
Storing them in controlled cold conditions (typically 2–8°C) and protecting them from light helps support stability and intended potency in a research setting.

We store peptide products in cold environments prior to shipment and pack them to minimize unnecessary exposure during transit.

How do you store and handle products before shipping?

Before dispatch, products are:

  • kept in cold storage where applicable
  • protected from heat, direct light, and excess moisture
  • packed in clean, labeled cartons with storage guidance.

We treat handling as part of product quality, not an afterthought.

How fast do you ship, and is shipping tracked?

Orders are shipped from within Canada using reputable carriers.

  • Express shipping on business days
  • Tracked shipping for all orders
  • Options such as same day or next-business-day delivery are shown at checkout where available

Shorter transit times mean less time outside controlled storage, which supports product stability.

Where do you ship?

Our primary focus is shipping within Canada.Available regions, carriers, and delivery options are shown at checkout. If we expand to additional regions, details will be updated on the website.

How are orders packaged?

Each order is:

  • picked and double-checked against the packing slip
  • packed with appropriate padding and internal protection
  • sealed in a clean, labeled box
  • prepared to help protect vials from shock and environmental exposure in transit

Packaging is designed to look at home in a research environment.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue (wrong item, damage in transit, missing items, or labeling concerns), contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number, and
  • photos of the packaging and product

We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Is my information kept private?

We use your information only to:

  • process and deliver your order
  • manage your account and support requests
  • send essential service emails (order confirmations, tracking, etc.)

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for unrelated marketing. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because we work with specialized research materials, returns are limited.
We generally assist where there is:

  • shipping error (wrong or missing item), or
  • damage that could affect product integrity

Full details are available in our Returns & Refund Policy page.

Can I become an affiliate or partner?

We work with a small network of vetted partners such as coaches, educators, and professionals whose audiences intersect with advanced research and bioscience.

All partners must:

  • follow our research-only messaging
  • avoid health claims, dosing advice, or human-use promotion

If you’re interested, you can apply through our Partner / Affiliate page.
