What forms do your products come in (lyophilized vs. liquid)?

Our products are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for stability during storage and shipping. Lyophilized products are typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic (BAC) water when needed, and once reconstituted they generally should be refrigerated
to help maintain stability. This is why we store and ship products in
lyophilized form whenever possible—so they remain more stable in transit
and arrive in the best condition.

Do you provide COAs / third-party testing?

All of our products are third party tested. Product COA's are available upon request.

How fast do you ship, and is shipping tracked?

Orders are shipped from within Canada using reputable carriers.

  • Express shipping on business days
  • Tracked shipping for all orders
  • Options such as same day or next-business-day delivery are shown at checkout where available

Shorter transit times mean less time outside controlled storage, which supports product stability.

Where do you ship?

Our primary focus is shipping within Canada.Available regions, carriers, and delivery options are shown at checkout. If we expand to additional regions, details will be updated on the website.

How are orders packaged?

Each order is:

  • picked and double-checked against the packing slip
  • packed with appropriate padding and internal protection
  • sealed in a clean, labeled box
  • prepared to help protect vials from shock and environmental exposure in transit

Why is cold storage so important?

Many peptides are sensitive to temperature, light, and moisture.
Storing them in controlled cold conditions (typically 2–8°C) and protecting them from light helps support stability and intended potency in a research setting.

We store peptide products in cold environments prior to shipment and pack them to minimize unnecessary exposure during transit.

How do you store and handle products before shipping?

Before dispatch, products are:

  • kept in cold storage where applicable
  • protected from heat, direct light, and excess moisture
  • packed in clean, labeled cartons with storage guidance.

We treat handling as part of product quality, not an afterthought.

How should I store my products when they arrive?

Inspect your package on arrival and store products according to the
guidance provided on the label or product page. Keep items sealed,
protected from heat, light, and moisture, and avoid unnecessary
temperature swings. If a product requires refrigeration, place it in the
fridge promptly after receiving it.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue (wrong item, damage in transit, missing items, or labeling concerns), contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number, and
  • photos of the packaging and product

We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (including most prepaid credit cards). If you run into any issues during checkout, contact us and we can send a secure payment link. We can also accept eTransfer when needed.

Do your products contain fillers?

Formulations are designed to avoid unnecessary additives.
We do not add flavourings, colours, or cosmetic ingredients.

What's on the label is what's in the bottle.

Is my information kept private?

We use your information only to:

  • process and deliver your order
  • manage your account and support requests
  • send essential service emails (order confirmations, tracking, etc.)
